High 1 hour glucose results

So I took my one hour glucose test and got 173 and now have to go back for a 3 hour test 😩😥 I had a cold when I took my one hour test I read that that might make it go up. I’m literally petrified now, I don’t even want to eat anything because I’m scared it will make it go up even more. If I fail the 3 hour will I have to inject insulin every day?? There’s no way I’d be able to do that 😩😭 I keep crying I’m so mad at myself idk if I did it to myself or not and I’m scared for my baby 😩
