I work out everyday...but lord knows I don’t eat healthy everyday 😂

I’ve finally found a work out I enjoy so I’m good with working out regularly now. I’ll go grocery shopping and buy healthy choices. A day later I’m “not in the mood” for whatever I bought 🤦🏼‍♀️  consistently making healthy food choices is definitely harder for me!

I eat pretty healthy so that's not hard. Eating to get fit is what's hard. People always make the mistake of thinking that eating healthy is enough to get fit and toned and then get frustrated and confused when they don't see results. This is because it's super different to just eat healthy vs. eat to get fit. Like just because a food is healthy doesn't necessarily mean it won't affect your weight loss/muscle building. I learned this recently and have realized how much I really struggle with this aspect. I love weight lifting though. I feel so strong and empowered 🏋🏼‍♀️🤗

I can eat healthy all day long I'm just lazy lol, if I actually cared enough to run I'd probably be great :P I'm going to try yoga soon

I love working out! I equally love junk food. 😳 it’s easier when I’m home and can plan out meals that are healthier, but when I go to other people’s houses, I can’t say no!

I have a love for candy, junk food and fast food. So for me eating healthy is really hard compared to exercise. Im not really fit but its easy to motivate myself to go for a run than trying to eat a healthy meal vs pizza... im also a picky eater so xD unhealthy foods are pretty much 80% of my diet.

I have a harder time eating right I suppose.  I eat too much red meat and fat!  I love to run though.
