HELP !

Before I got pregnant I was about 150 or so and it’s been a year and 7 months since I had my daughter I’m now 190 I believe ! I try to lose weight and be heathy but how can I go to the gym or go for a jog or run when I have a kid and no help ! And eating heathy I SUCK at it mainly because my household sucks at it and I’m 17 years old I’m so self conscious now, I use to be able to wear anything n look good in it but now I just have a stomach hanging !! Any ideas on both things losing weight and eating right even when people around you don’t ?
