skipped period, lots of cramping and ewcm cd 83!

ok this will be a ramble. had my third baby boy beginning of July. pp bleeding went for almost 5 weeks, then my period (or so I assume) trained at slightly longer intervals than before (used to be 35-38 day cycles, these were 43 and 45 days) and my last "period" started October 19th and went for five days. and since then? nothing. so I started testing CD 53, thinking that was plenty long enough to wait (mind you I wasn't paying too much effort to tracking ovulation, as we are neither trying not preventing right now) negative on four FRER from two different boxes over 5 days. tried clear blue digital nest, negative on three if those over the next several days. still no period. woke up with occasional severe nausea, have had heartburn a d a mild headache on and off for going on two months,
