Vitex liquid or pill?🤔
Heyy!! I just learned about Vitex. I’m so excited to try this! I’m just having a hard time trying to figure out if I should go with liquid drops or the pill version? And what brand to get? Any input will help! Have any of you had good or bad experiences with this? Thanks!!
