Has anyone tried this? I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I have acid reflux so bad, no medication is working for me. I know my sister does this and it helps her.... but has anyone else tried it and it worked for them? I’m not good with trying new things and I gag very easily... But I have it so bad I become breathless at times, I’m willing to try anything at this point. Obgyn thinks it’s not pregnancy related and isn’t doing shit for me, thing is I’ve never had this problem until I got pregnant!
