would you date a guy that 10 or 12 yrs older?

im 20 and hes 32. he has 2 boys and i have no kids. i love kids so idc that he does lol but atleast it two boys and there older like 11 and 9 maybe. i meet him at my job because he was picking up one of his son from the daycare that i work in. i know his son but im not around him much. because he in the older kids side like 9 -12 year old and im in the little kids like 5-8 yr old. do you think it weird to date someone that like that? now im currently talking to him and it going good. he knows im young but doesnt care... idk it just weird cause i never go over the age of 25. but 32? it new... i just wanna know is anyone dating someone 12 yrs older?
