I haven’t gotten a period in almost 3 months

I haven’t gotten my period in almost 3 months I have not had really any symptoms of pregnancy but a missed period lower back pain and slight cramps. There are some days where I can’t keep my food down and I have really bad headaches but every time I take a pregnancy test it’s negative. Am I pregnant?
