Hello ladies! I was wondering what you think of letting your partner cum inside you during sex while using a condom. Too risky or not?

My bf and I were having a discussion on this. I wanted to start using the pull out method while using condoms, which really surprised him. He said that there's no need for him to pull out when we're using a condom. He's cumming inside the condom, not me. He pointed out that we're careful and we'd notice if the condom broke somehow (which has never happened to him before in any of his relationships). In that rare case, I'd take a plan B pill. He said that when women (those taking pills) don't want their partner to cum inside them, it's generally because it becomes unhygienic down there and it smells sometimes. He said he's never heard of someone pulling out when already using a condom (plus they're 99% effective).

What do you think? Is he right? I'm new to all this so please be kind.
