HELP ASAP

Ive only recently been having sex with my boyfriend and the last few days ive been so itchy at the entrance of my vagina and i have no sex drive at all. My discharge is wierd and ive been on the internet and think i have thrush, is there anything i can do to fix it without going to the chemist and doctors and all that?
