5 weeks and blood

Im freaking out ladies so I found out on 1/9 That I am pregnant. And yesterday 1/10 i was having cramps on& off all day. Went to the the bathroom and had pink blood like spotting was very light also on& off. Today 1/11 I went to the bathroom and had red blood when I wiped I am terrified😭my doc appointment isnt till 8 weeks which will be 1/29 is this normal? Should I be scared.
