Zero Sperm related to testosterone shots???

Hello there! So, yesterday my husband's seman analysis came back with a zero sperm count...zero! They referred us to a urologist,  and we will go from there. My husband has been on a small dose of testosterone for the past few years for libido and energy, and I am wondering if that coule account for zero sperm?

My husband was on testosterone injections too and he quit and doctor changed him to clomid. He has normal levels except for morphology. We are taking vitamins to hopefully raise those.

Yes that is likely  to be why. Zero sperm count while on testosterone is very common.  If he stops the shots sperm typically will return.  Clomid can raise testosterone for him while y'all are trying to conceive.

I'm praying that's all it is for y'all too. It definitely most likely is.  I've done sooooo much research about all this lately :/. my husband's analysis came back zero also.  were still trying to figure out why and if it's something that can be fixed or treated.
