I know this is a little tmi but I have a pretty large and hard boil on my inner butt check. Online it said to get it checked if it had red streaks leading to it, clusters of boils, or larger then a golf ball. I don’t think I have any of these. But I’ve been trying a hot compress today and I’m petrified to have to go get it lanced. It sounds so painful. I’m literally shaking at the thought of having to do that and idk why. So my questions are has anyone had something similar and is it really painful or am I letting my hormones get to me? Can it go away on its own without having it lanced?
