anybody know what this is? pls help
i took off his onesie this morning and found all these little dots. anybody know what it is? last night i gave him a sponge bath i used johnson and johnson. but it wasn't the first time i used that soap. i've given him two other sponge bathes before this and nothing. could it be related to that?
