Still confused about ovulation

Last month I got a positive opk test. 3 days later I felt a lil pinch for several hours off and on. I did not have sex that day. What is the pinch feeling 3 days after I had a positive opk?

It could have been ovulation. The LH surge means you could ovulate within 12 to 36 hours. It's different for everyone but that could cause some discomfort.

I don't think so! Sperm can live in there for up to 5 days! So if you did BD before or when you got the positive OPK it's still good.
