I used lubriderm lotion for sensitive or dry skin, it's got a blue label and it's unscented so it shouldn't irritate the skin. it's also not greasy and worked perfect for my tattoo

Just a basic unscented lotion will do. Eucerin, Cetaphil, Lubriderm, or yeah coconut oil. Don't over use!
