Not sure about this!

Took my ovulation test today about 3 PM. The picture was taken less than 10 minutes of the test. I see a faint line there. I’m irregular on my cycles and I really cannot predict when I ovulate. It’s my day 14 and I took this test now. Does this mean an LH surge? Please help!
