HOW TO GET RID OF HEMORRHOIDS??????

I need to know ASAP!! I’ve been insanely constipated lately and I have a skin tag looking thing hanging off my anus. I think it’s a hemorrhoid and I need to know how to remove it because I don’t like it being there + I’m in pain every time I poop.

You can try hemorrhoid cream. 
You don't "remove it". A hemorrhoid is basically swollen blood vessels, which if it bursts, is bad. So gently put hemorrhoid cream on it. If it doesn't go away with that (it should) then go to the doctor.
