So I’ve been really tossing the idea around of changing from tampons to a cup and was just curious about the size. There’s pre-birth and one for after, I’ve had 2 miscarriages with a D&C; each time. Since I was dilated and everything would I use the after birth one now or still pre birth since it wasn’t a full term baby?
