Period after no longer only breastfeeding
So I have a 7 mo old baby and I have been breastfeeding only, until last month. I got my first period last month since the pregnancy and it lasted a good 7 days. I have not got my period at all this month and but I have been really emotional and feel bloated. I still breastfeeding but he is also eating Gerber... my period used to always be regular.... is this normal?
