We LOVE the snow ergo. They’re pricey, but definitely worth it. I got one from zulily for a friend for about $60, and I bought ours new on eBay for $45. No back pain, and it came with two different inserts for baby getting bigger, he would ALWAYS fall asleep in it, so much so that we used it inside at night when we couldn’t get him to sleep, and after a few tries it only took my 30 seconds to get him into it (fair warning, the first few tries were disastrous, watch the videos on YouTube, and push the back strap up high enough for you to reach it.) 
We got an infantino from Walmart for $15 or $20 because I wanted baby to be able to face out, it was AWFUL! He looked like he was about to fall out the whole time, my back was killing me instantly, and there was NO way to get him out of it without waking him up.

We got the Baby Bjorn 2nd hand. I could never find a way to use it where it didn’t hurt my back within 10 minutes. We lived our wrap and the Eddie Baur carrier. I just got a LilleBaby for the new baby,  but haven’t used it yet.
