What age was your child when you moved them from an infant/bucket car seat to a convertible seat?

We’re at 4 months and doing it. He’s too long to be in his infant seat anymore.

We started off in a convertible seat and love it. I knew I’d never feel like lugging the bucket seat around, and it was never an issue!

We will be switching close to a year. I’m almost 100% sure my daughter won’t grow out the the requirements before then. But we are keeping her in the infant seat through the winter because we live in MN and it’s super cold. The infant seat will keep her warmer. When it gets warm we will switch to the convertible, her birthday is in May

None of the above. We switched at 4.5 months because she grew out of her infant seat.

Mine had a 30lbs and 30inch weight and height limit. So I bought a new convertible seat. He went in it at 6mo.
