Last October I miscarried at 2 months and just yesterday went to do a vaginal ultrasound to make sure I was in the clear to conceive again , and I’m in the clear , but my biggest question is how long does it take to implant to see a positive test or in an ultrasound, been having some like symptoms like tired and not wanting to do much eating certain things a lot that I usually don’t really like eating having to pee often and having cramps like I have my period but nothing yet , could it be a gift from god , please need some answers
