What to expect

I have an appointment to see obgyn after trying for a year. Never been to the obgyn before and I told receptions appointment is for conception of course. Will I have a Pap smear

I was told they also due ultrasound to check ovaries and blood work to check hormones/thyroid? Is this true? I have my appt due to being unable to conceive next month. Our first was conceived the first month TTC

Yes, you most definitely need a Pap smear if you’ve never had one!
