Low sperm count and morphology due to Zoloft?

Question

My husband and I have been ttc for 5 months and because we are 37 we decided to get tested. His SA came back very low...3mil count and 1 morphology!
We are seeing a fertility specialist in a week but I’ve been doing some research and found a few articles about how Zoloft can affect count and morphology. My husband has been taking this for a number of years. 
Has anyone had experience with this?

All my husband numbers is above the requirements except morphology.at first it was 0% and I put him on vitamins and then we got pregnant 23 months into ttc,we had a MMC at 8 weeks. Then went to a fertility specialist after mmc and got a third semen analysis which indicate an increase in morphology by 3.5% coming from 0%.its a year since my MMC and I haven’t conceive.The specialist recommends IUI with clomid and HSG shot.,.thats the route we taking in February.

We just found out my partner has a 1% morphology as well. They have asked for him to have another soerm analysis. We have been TTC for 2+ years
