Hey everyone I’m looking for some words of encouragement here... I’m 8w4d today and went in for my first appointment. Couldn’t see anything with transabdominal US due to tilted uterus. Went transvaginal and was able to see baby and a great looking yolk sac but no heartbeat. OB said she thought she may have saw a flicker but she couldn’t rule either way whether it was a viable pregnancy or not. I’m really trying to stay positive because everything looked so good, I haven’t had any cramping/bleeding and all my symptoms are right on track and progressing... has this happened to anyone else?? Im trying not to be scared but it’s so hard! Im going for a real ultrasound on Tuesday...
