There are times we get accidental leaks, amirite!!? Whether it may be you waking up to it or not anticipating how heavy your flow would get during the night. I kind of feel like these things don’t happen to others as much as it happens to me and its always put a damp on my day bc now i gotta clean it all up. Every situation is different tho and I hadn’t had to wake up with blood all over my sheets- so bad that it wouldv’e seeped thru into my mattress. But guessed what happened last night. Exactly that. I immediately washed my sheets, my sweats and my panties. I had decided to use a rag and a diluted solution of vinegar and water- i honestly don’t even know why but it felt right at the moment. Let me know if you guys experience this frequently and what methods you use to clean the mess up.
