Is my baby under weight??

So we just got back from the children's hospital and when they weighed her she was only 16 pounds.. she's 7 almost 8 months and I feel like that's too tiny especially since on her 6 month check up she weighed 15 pounds. Does anyone else have tiny babies?? Is it normal??

My little girl is 14 lb 13 oz at 7 mths, still has room in her 6 mth clothes. My doctor has shown no concern, and I'm not as she is healthy and meeting all milestones. If your LO is still on her curve or close to it I wouldnt worry. You can't have babies in the 90th percentile without ones in the 5th.

All babies are different. My 7 month old is just under 20 pounds and is 30 inches long haha

My MIL said my husband was in newborn diapers until he was 8 months old! Now he is a giant, Lol. My son was 8th percentile for weight during his last checkup, but he will probably follow daddy’s footsteps. Your baby sure looks healthy and adorable. She will grow at her own pace.

My baby is 8.5 months. She was just over 15 pounds with her diaper (cloth) last week. She a peanut, but she’s strong (although uncoordinated).
She follows in my footsteps in falling on her growth curve.

Our girl is in the 6% for her weight at our last appointment. It was supposed to be her 6mo appointment but it was closer to 7mo and she weighed in at 13lb13oz. Perfectly healthy!

My LO was 15 lbs at 6 months old. And usually around this time they stop growing as rapidly. So they won’t gain weight like they did the first how many months. Not sure how much my LO is weighing now but id say probably around 16 lbs.

Totally normal. My LO was 15 pounds 7 ounces at last dr appt a few weeks ago. Doctor wasn't concerned. As long as they consistently gain weight and are eating normally then I'd say you're fine. Some people have bigger babies and some people have smaller babies-just like adults. We come in all sizes.

My daughter is 15.9lbs & she’s 8 months. She’s in the 12th percentile but that’s up from being in the 4th. The doctor will have you come in for another appt if they’re concerned. You can increase the amount of milk she’s drinking & add oils (small amounts) to her solids to increase her healthy fat intact

My 8 month old is just over 15 lbs. she has been around the 12th percentile since birth which my doctor says is great. If she’s happy and healthy then that’s all that matters.
