Signs of Pre-eclampsia?

What are the signs? I need to know.. I'm 5 weeks 2 days & I feel like I'm developing it early. Swelling hands & feet sometimes.

It’s very rare for it to happen before 16 weeks. But if you think for some reason your having signs you literally need to get checked out ASAP it can be dangerous for both you and your baby’s life

Typically it doesn't occur until later in your pregnancy (after 15 weeks). If you have concerns I'd call your doctor asap

It doesn’t really occur before 20 weeks. It has very rarely on few occasions (so few it’s in medical journals) because the placenta doesn’t really take over until 20 weeks. Even at 20 weeks it’s really not common. If your bp goes up before then, it’s chronic hypertension. 
That being said, symptoms are:
Unusual swelling (hands, face, eyes)
Headache that won’t go away
High blood pressure
Protein in urine 
And there are a lot more. If you google you can find them, but you definitely do not have preeclampsia.
