Probability of multiples?

I’ve been reading a lot of stories. Is it likely to become pregnant with multiples if you become pregnant in the first few cycles after a miscarriage?

Since your body is out of whack and it’s trying to figure out if it’s pregnant still or not. To release an egg or not if can make a “mistake” releasing two eggs causing twins. 
That’s why my doctor said. It’s trying to prepare for pregnancy but then we insert the pill to clean us out then we aren’t pregnant so our body is just trying to do things that make kind of sense. 
So supposedly, yes. I hope so. 😊😍
