so I'm almost 5 weeks pregnant and tonight I'm so dizzy is that normal? i know some is okay, but if I move my head at all I get dizzy. I didn't have this with my first.

I had this in early pregnancy. When I told my doctor I was having dizziness she told me to drink lots more water. Because we need so much more when we are pregnant we have to really work to stay on top of our water intake. And it did actually help me, that and adding a snack between meals.

Could be something as simple as the increased blood flow or dehydration. I'd say just keep an eye on it. If it continues get to the doctor asap.
