Thank you for your answers guys! I will be 7 weeks in a couple of days and for the past past week my wisdom tooth has been acting up. The gum that’s above my wisdom tooth is very inflamed (an the whole area actually ). I also got an earache because of it .... my throat is hurting too. I don’t know if it’s infected. I kind of doubt it. I think the tooth is just trying to come out. I was thinking to wait and have it removed when I’m around 12-13 weeks just to be safe. From my understanding you can’t be sedated but you can get numb and have it extracted without issues. My dentist told me he can have it extracted anytime as long as I have a note from my ob. I think I would wait though.... 
Hormones are definitely messing up with our teeth when pregnant :(

I am a dental hygienist. If it’s infected to the point of causing a considerable amount of pain and/or abcess then yes it’s best to get it removed. The anesthetic is completely safe that is used by the dentist/dental surgeon. Sometimes impacted wisdom teeth can cause a lot of problems if left so it’s actually safer to extract it then to face problems later. If it’s not causing pain and you can live with it till the second trimester then that’s completely fine.

Wisdom teeth removal is no joke. It is so painful afterwards, your face is swollen like a balloon & you’ll need like 2 weeks recovery or more depending on how your teeth are.
I don’t think I could go through with it during pregnancy, being pregnant 🤰🏼 is hard enough.

If it’s just a cavity fill that can be done second trimester. Having teeth removed cannot be done until after pregnancy is what my OB and dentist said.
