My in laws are just...ugh. My MIL refuses to do anything herself and lives 30 miles away from us. She demands that we take her to the grocery store that is 2 minutes from her house. She lives with her sister who can drive and doesn’t even bother asking her. If she finds out we have plans, she will call us and say that she needs to go to the ER and say things like “I have cancer” when she actually doesn’t. She is in this radical Christian based cult that stalked us because we are not part of it. They stopped, but it was hell. They have called me “the whore of Sodom” and they think I stole my husband from his ex (who is an active member of their cult) when they have been broken up for two years. My husband ran away from the cult 2 years before I met him (around the same time he left his now ex).

My brother in law, on the other hand, is accused of molesting his own daughters, two young boys, and a little girl but he wasn’t convicted because of lack of evidence, and my MIL has the NERVE to get mad at us when we don’t allow our son to be around him. He is paranoid schizophrenic and talks about “baby chopping” all day long. My son is 10 months old! I don’t want to risk ANYTHING. He talks to his delusions saying he will try to take my son and “baby chop” him for Jesus and “Rascal Jeff” yet he is not admissible to a mental hospital because there is no proof he is a threat?! He also calls my son the next “pro prophet” (whatever that is) and says he needs to be with Jesus to kill Satan.

UPDATE: I or my son are no longer near these people and are moving to another town without them knowing in April.
