Pain 😔

Any body else felt with sciatic pain?? Moore in your lower back.. well that’s what we think it is I’ve talked to the docs & he just told me to stretch & take Tylenol but man this shit hurts.. I thought I had another kidney infection.. but everything was all clear.. can y’all please tell me something to do to help this pain.. if anybody has experienced it..
