Group proposal or intimate?

So when my hubby proposed it was just us and a photographer ( he set up couples pictures) so it was very intimate and I loved it I wouldn’t have really wanted anyone else to be around... it seems like more people are going for groups now? Like the guy will propose with lots of people around. 
What’s your take on that? 
Would you want lots of people around or just you, your SO, and maybe a photographer?

I just want us and family there for the proposal. I dont really want it to be super public.

Even a photographer is too many people for me. 😂 I'm a very private person with my feelings. I don't think I could have enjoyed the moment in a large group of people. I'm doing a relaxed wedding in hopes of there being less attention on me. 😂😂

I wouldn't want it to be him proposing to me, I'd want us to both buy each other a ring and exchange them somewhere we felt was a good place to do it. If he did propose to me I'd rather it was just us. Our marriage is about us, not other people. I want him to walk down the isle with me rather than a parent or that, and I would want it to be just us and maybe a witness or two rather than our whole family. He doesn't want a big affair either and he's said he wouldn't feel comfortable proposing in public, which I totally understand

My bf And I have been talking about getting engaged. I know for a fact that he has the ring and he’s proposing sometime soon, my only request was for us to be by ourselves... we are too awkward to have pda in front of our families lol

I don’t wouldn’t like an audience for such a personal moment like that. 
I’m so glad it was just the two of us when my hubby proposed, I was on crutches so I couldn’t go too far
