This morning while cooking breakfast I got real dizzy and had to lay down. Then while at the store it happened again and gave me an instant headache and went away quickly. Well I went to another strode again and it happened again. I’m 4 months pregnant. Is this normal?

Your sugar levels could be on the low side. Maybe try eating something first thing in the morning with a bit of sugar or even fruit with natural sugars is good.
My other thought would be low or high blood pressure. I experienced low blood pressure with baby #5. To the point of getting really dizzy and almost blacking out. My dr advised me to eat more salty foods when this happened and I also checked my blood pressure at home when I had these spells. 
Definitely talk with your dr about this when you go into your next appt. If it gets worse you should call.

It is increased blood flow or lack of circulation usually. Could also be high blood pressure. I'd go get checked out. Non of those are super fun.
