negative opks

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant after testing negative on OPKs all month? I Feel like I'm ovulating, having pains. have EWCM and interested in sex but I'm having negative OPKs. I had a MC in November and I've never used them. ive had darker lines that I'm getting now but never a positive.
