I don’t know what to do. Is my third day with a headaches that honestly feel like migraines. Tylenol never gets rid of my migraines but is the only thing I can take. Is have taken two does per day and nothing. Last night I woke up due to the pain being so bad. My left upper back hurts, my left shoulder hurts, the left side of my neck hurts. The left side of my head and my left eye hurts too. I want to avoid medication. My husband doesn’t want me taking more medication. And putting ice bags where it hurts is not doing anything.

I also have to sip water throughout the day because too much liquid makes me vomit.

I dunno what to do.

I’m sick all the time and is affecting me and my husband and I’m afraid it could ruin our relationship.
