Preterm labor?

Due March 10th. Had some back cramps and now nausea. Is this a sign of preterm labor???

I'm due March 10th too. I'm having back cramps nausea w/ vomiting. last two of my kids came at 37 weeks so I'm expecting her at the same time. Also I've been nesting a lot wanting to get things done.

I'm due March 10 having a lot of cramps, back cramps, and nausea... went to L&D; they said I was 40% effaced soft cervix but not dilated. I delivered early last time to preeclampsia so I'm unsure what all to expect these last few weeks.

back cramps and nausea can be pretty normal at this stage. this is my second and I'm also due March 10th. I've been having a lot of Braxton hicks, back pain and nausea. But it feels just like normal 3rd trimester, not necessarily labor and it doesn't worsen
