Is clear blue 100%

I use clear blue advanced opks I had a miscarriage in November 17 I got my period December 21-23 I took ovulation test from December 30th-January 13 all negative I took another one an hour ago got a blinking smiley face period due on the 18th are 24th unsure but could the test be defective
