Temps too low??

Question

Does anyone know about temps being too low? I’ve heard pre-ovulatory temps around 97.0 is a sign of hypothyroidism. Any knowledge on this?

I'm always cold and normally run temps sub 96.5°F.  I'm practically part reptile.  I just had bloodwork and my TSH was great.  I know this is anecdotal, but thought you'd still like to hear good news. 😉  If you're worried, ask your MD to run your labs.

What!? No you’re fine , everyone can be a little different and you have a clear ovulation pattern so all good! Baby dust!

if you are concerned with your thyroid I would suggest basic bloodwork. its not super expensive with insurance but that's the only way I know to figure out thyroid problems aside from various symptoms that could also be anything. As far as low temps some just run cold. That's my normal range and ovulate and also why my fever is lower than what most consider with a sickness.
