Could I be pregnant

I have irregular periods I never know when I'll get it sometimes I go months without having one. But I did have sex a few months ago yes, we did use a condom (not sure how old it was) but I'm not on the pill or anything. A couple months ago what I thought was the start of my period I had a reddish maybe pink color blood when I wiped but that only happened once. I have gotten sick a couple times (thrown up) I've had frequent headaches also. My boobs don't feel or look any different.. Though my right boob around my nipple feels a little raw. My areola's aren't darker or anything though. And yesterday and today I've noticed a fluttery feeling in my stomach on the left side it comes and goes I also felt a little bit of tightening in my stomach. Does it sound like I'm pregnant?
