Clomid increase and early ovulation?

Has anyone had their clomid dose increased and it cause early ovulation?

Back story: I’ve been on Clomid 5 months now. First month 50mg: ovulated on CD 18 but not enough progesterone.

Second month 100mg: ovulated great on CD 18

Third month 100mg ovulated great CD 19

Fourth month 100mg: didn’t ovulate

Now on my 5th month at 150mg. Plan is to do an ultrasound Tuesday (CD 14) and see where my follicles are so we can do trigger shot and IUI. I got a positive test at 5 minutes today (instructions are to read between 3-5 minutes). Today is CD11. Has anyone had this happen? I’m afraid we won’t be able to trigger and IUI. We’re going to BD today.
