Just as a nurse who in the dark ages did new OB education.   There is a little bit of pre-ejaculate that comes out of the penis prior to him coming hat can have semen in it.  It is possible to get pregnant even using the pull out method.  I’ve met New moms this way in my old education classes BTW.  Please also protect yourself from disease and use a condom anyway even if you do not let him ejaculate or come you can still get herpes or other diseases.
