Mental health and uni
Hey guys. So here goes... for the past year or so I’ve been battling with my mental health and most days I’ve been winning. Some I’ve lost and have not been able to even leave my bed to go eat, and I’m not proud to say this, and have even started cutting again.
I’m also a 3rd year uni student panicking and stressing about next year as well as trying to get the best grades I can this year. I’ve not even managed to sort out my dissertation yet. And that’s due in March😭😣. I want to be a teacher but it seems impossible to get a 2:1 to do that.
I have friends and a bf but there are times when I can’t leave my bed and try to talk to them. I’m really just posting this to see if there are people on here who know and have experienced this, and to try and get the word out.
