Callus struggle

I play softball and it is in the middle of a Cold winter where I live so I’m in a winter hitting clinic where we just hit balls and do different drills the whole time but I’m getting a callus on my hand right under my pinkie and it hurts whenever I swing

Does anyone know If it would help by taking my batting gloves off or putting a baindaid on it or if I should put medicine on it or If I should Just tough through the pain.

(I know most of The stuff I post can just be looked up online but I like getting feedback from actual people that I know are real and not getting paid to say something)
