WHAT DO I DO?!!!

I’ll try to keep this short. I have a boy friend, we have been dating for a about 3 months(I know that’s not a long time but this is a high school relationship so it seems longer) when we first started dating he was super sweet to me and always told me how much he loved me and stuff. We started dating in October so about a month or so into our relationship he went up to Canada where he used to live, got really drunk and kissed another girl. I gave him like a free pass bc it was his first time drinking and stuff and that’s just me I didn’t get upset or anything at him we were all good up. Then it came around to Christmas break and I realized we hadn’t kissed since dec like 8th ish so I was like that’s weird bc it’s not like I’m not affectionate towards him does he not want to kiss me? So then he like didn’t really talk to me over break but I was ok with that bc he was with his family so it’s not a big deal. Then we got back from break and he’s started doing this thing where he always talks about how he is moving to Canada at the end of the school year and how he wants to make us all(he and i’s friends and me) hate him before he goes so he is not sad when he moves but it’s just stupid like I don’t get it. Then the other day our friend called him a “typical guy” which he took to mean a fuck boy type dick but she just ment like loud and rambunctious so I asked him if he wanted to hang out with out friends and me he said “nah I’m gonna stay home and study how to be a better fuck boy” see I know him he didn’t say this bc he’s upset he is dead serious I get if u don’t want to hang out with me but if u don’t just tell me. So what do I do?
