OPK and why you should use them
hi. I just want to encourage those of you who he been using the app (which is great BTW) to make sure you are also using opks. According to the norm, most women ovulate around 14 days in their cycles. I have found with opks that I consistently O at 11 days. So, some of you may have been missing your window without even knowing.
