Checking cervix? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi ladies how often do you check your cervix and how do you do it? 
I've googled it and tried but I can't seem to "feel" it or make it out? 
Any help or advice would be great! 😘♥️🤞🏼

I used to try and check mine but it seemed to change hourly and didn’t follow a pattern. Also, the look of horror and confusion on my doctor’s face when I told her I’d checked my cervix made me think perhaps it wasn’t a good idea 🤣

I used to check mine but not a lot you can tell by it other than ovulation! I do remember the month we got pregnant my cervix felt like velvet, so soft and high! I stopped checking after we lost our baby 6w2d! Good luck 👍

I just started tracking mine last month so I'm still learning but I always wash my hands and dry them and I sit on the toilet. These are the best diagrams I could find. It feels round and I'm still trying to figure the soft, hard and all that. I've read it's best to squat, or prop a leg up kinda like if you were putting a tampon in. I hope this helps!

I also try to check mine about the same time everyday. Usually in the morning after I wake up.
