Lh surge really fast

So in the picture I have the 4 tests I too yesterday at 3:00 am, 8:30 am, 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm...and the one from just now. So it looks like I surged at 2:00. Is it possible to surge this fast and then get a negative test just a few hours later? I had some pretty intense ovulation pain around 3-5pm yesterday but idk if that means I ovulated then or my body was just preparing for it. Let me know what you think, I baby danced yesterday morning anyways so I’m not concerned with that. I’m just trying to understand the tests! Thanks 😊
